If you arrive by car, you have to take the Milano-Venezia A4 motorway and take the Sirmione exit. From the toll booth you can easily reach the historic centre by following the direction signs. For those who arrive from Milan is possible to exit at Desenzano and for those who arrive from Venice is also possible to exit at Peschiera. In both cases you can get to Sirmione taking the State Highway.
You can get to Sirmione also by train. There’s not a railway station in Sirmione but you can stop at Desenzano railway station that is approximately at 15 minutes from Sirmione. Many regional and high-speed trains can allow a rapid connections between Sirmione/Desenzano and others italian cities.
